Over the past few years, we have grown from a modest civil works firm into a fully-fledged general contracting corporation with a strong portfolio, solid financial position, and a significant presence across multiple industries. Our construction division now ranks among the top operators in the country, and our unwavering commitment to excellence has earned us a Class-1 business ranking in Saudi Arabia.

As a professionally managed group, we provide a wide range of services including project management, civil and electrical work, road construction, building construction, and operations & maintenance across various sectors. Currently, our team includes over 8 engineers, 25 technicians, and 40 laborers working on a variety of projects. Additionally, we are forming new teams to meet the growing demands of construction and renovation, particularly for major government installations and private institutions.

His expertise lies in the technical monitoring of construction projects, preparation and review of structural and finishing designs, shop drawings, material submittals, coordination, and as-built drawings. he excel at ensuring seamless project execution by collaborating with various engineering disciplines, construction teams, and clients to meet project requirements and approved schedules.
Eng Moazzam experience spans high-rise and multi-story buildings, infrastructure projects, roads, bridges, underpasses, industrial facilities, healthcare projects, and educational buildings. I am skilled in site supervision, finishing design reviews, and detailing for diverse types of commercial, residential, public, and institutional buildings, including hotels, virtual hospitals, office buildings, and university campuses.
